At Coco de Mer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn garments in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Request Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed by our boutique team.
